جایزه اسکار بهترین فیلم خارجی‌زبان یکی از جوایز معتبر اسکار است که از سوی آکادمی علوم و هنرهای تصاویر متحرک به فیلم غیر انگلیسی زبان در این جشنواره تعلق می‌گیرد. این فیلم‌ها عموماً محصول کشورهایی غیر از ایالات متحده آمریکا هستند

هنگامی که نخستین جشنواره اسکار در سال ۱۹۲۹ بر‌گزار شد جایزه‌ای مجزا برای فیلم‌های غیر انگلیسی‌زبان وجود نداشت. اولین جایزه رسمی این مراسم در بیست و نهمین دوره در سال ۱۹۵۶ به یک فیلم خارجی تعلق گرفت
