جایزه آکادمی که آن را به ‌طور غیر رسمی اسکار (Oscar) می‌نامند، جایزه‌ای است که هر ساله توسط آکادمی علوم و هنرهای تصاویر متحرک (AMPAS) آمریکا به بهترین آثار صنعت سینما اهدا می‌شود. این مراسم یکی از شاخص‌ترین مراسم‌های اهدای جوایز در جهان است و هر ساله در بیش از ۱۰۰ کشور جهان به‌ صورت زنده پخش می‌شود.
